About

I have 20 years' sector experience, across healthcare and fast-moving, high-volume, consumer goods to banking, governments and not-for-profit organisations.

Over the years, I've worked in start-up, boutique and global conglomerate environments; from being a self-motivated, team-of-one to being a key contributor across globally-dispersed, multidisciplinary, lean and agile teams.

When I look back, I feel super-fortunate... I started my career as a computer science graduate and over the years I've continuously improved and honed a mix of product design, digital strategy, and consulting skills.

 

Essentially, my experiences led me to the discipline of UX design and today, I can confidently say that I've found my jam, I love what I do!

 

I genuinely feel lit-up by designing, optimising and improving the users' digital experience for organisations, whose products and services seek to make life better, safer and kinder - for everyone.
