Here's a timeline of my experiences and additional context outlining achievements:

OCT 2021 -

TPX IMPACT

UX Lead / Consultant

Balanced numerous projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

 

Recent Agile-led UX activities for public sector and non-profit clients, namely NHS, DHSC, Westminister City Council and FIND include;

​

  • Qualitative and quantitative research; from desk immersion and site-data ​analysis to the design of surveys/questionnaires and, the facilitation of workshops and usability testing.

​​

  • Delivery of deep-dive audience review workshops helping to inform proto-personas, customer journey maps, user stories and jobs to be done.

​​

  • Presenting recommendations based on synthesis of research and data-driven insights.

​​

  • Redesign of site information architecture to improve findability and site structure by collaborating with stakeholders and iterating feedback from card sorting and tree-testing exercises.

​​

  • Developing taxonomy and defining meta data fields to enable search and filtering.

​

  • Sketching and wireframing of mobile apps, website pages and components ready for client review and feedback, from low to high-fidelity, using Figma).

​​

  • Delivering ‘to be’ service design maps and a Figma prototype for GDS review.

​

Reason for leaving: Desire to grow strategic UX Design skills and DevOps in Healthcare and/or Wellbeing sectors.

2019 - 2021

DESIGN BY RESH

UX Consultant

Primarily serving clients in healthcare and wellbeing. Key contracts included:

​

  • Service Design and UX Design for a fully remote, fully digital family mediation service. (The business was short-listed as Midlands entrepreneurial business of the year 2022).

​

  • Designing user-centered digital solutions for a women’s health education platform. Developing onboarding user flows.

​

Reason for leaving: Contracts which came to a natural end.

​

LATE 2019

Supporting a new conglomerate of accountancy firms.

​

  • Delivering business model canvas, 'as is' and 'to be' target operating model recommendations.

​

  • Embedding data-driven strategy across global hair-category brands.

 

  • Leading restructure of information architecture for allthingshair.com.

Reason for leaving: Desire to invest in family, Also Opticall was operable from overseas.

2015 - 2017

PROMEDICA

Marketing Transformation Lead

A VC-led organisation, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

​

  • Setting marketing roadmap and channel strategies, managing a team and creative, PR, Social and Digital agencies.

​

Reason for leaving: Desire to pivot into a more strategic role.

LATE 2015

CREATION AGENCY

Social and Digital Strategist

​

  • Managing a team, executing UK marketing strategy for UK IBM Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Software As A Service (SAAS) products.

​

Reason for leaving: Short term contract which came to a natural end.

​

2010 - 2015

OPTICALL HEALTH

Co-Founder | Product Design Lead | Marketing Strategist 

​

Co-founded Opticall Health, which provides an NHS-backed mobile opticians service (domiciliary) to the home-counties.

 

  • Spearheading service design to automate operations with a PHP webservice.

 

  • Leading conceptual workshops, gathering research and insights to produce workflows and journey maps, low fidelity designs and wireframes for the dev team.

​

Reason for leaving: Opticall remains a thriving family business but it was time for a new challenge and time to develop myself further.

2007-2009

BARINGS ASSET MANAGEMENT

Product Marketing Manager

 

Reporting to UK marketing directer. Managed marketing channels and content delivery for 19 open-ended investment funds and ISA’s to private investors. Produced content inline with FSA guidelines.
